LIMITED EDITIONS
What are Limited Editions?
A limited edition indicates that the photography art has a fixed number of prints per size. Once all limited edition prints of a certain image are sold out, no more prints of that size are produced. This enhance value and appreciation and it’s desirable for collectors as the limited editions will become rare among 7 Billion humans.
How many prints are there for one Limited Edition?
Each Limited Edition is available in different sizes of 650 prints in total and 10 Specials. Once all 650 prints of one specific artwork are sold out, regardless of size or material, there will be no other prints of this work available.
Are the prints signed by LORLEON?
No. LORLEON does not sign the print or the back of the print. Instead, LORLEON signs each certificate of authenticity that arrives with a print.
How do you guarantee authentic artworks?
All artworks arrive with a Certificate of Authenticity that is numbered and describes the work. This Certificate protects the genuineness of your LORLEON Limited Edition artwork.
ORDERING
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place your order as a guest. While placing an order, you can proceed as a guest by filling out your address. We will use this as your billing and delivery address – if you want to use a different delivery address, you will have the opportunity to do so in the checkout process.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After you have completed your online order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours after it has been placed. To do so or for more information, please contact our customer service team at info@lorleon.com.
What about custom orders?
A custom order of a print will be a Special edition.
Special Editions are designed for custom orders. Please reach out to us via email at info@lorleon.com with your project needs.
PAYMENT
What methods of payment are accepted?
On lorleon.com, you can pay by credit card or PayPal. To pay with PayPal, simply log in to your PayPal account when prompted to do so, review your order, and approve the payment.
Credit card payment is possible with MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We use the payment service provider Stripe for credit card payments.
How secure is my online payment?
Your online order is secured using modern SSL encryption. This way, we meet the standards for modern online purchases and always guarantee you the securest of transactions.
RETURNS
Can I return my artwork?
By purchasing our artworks you support us with our fine art photography.
The artworks are specially produced on request.
If you are not satisfied with the artwork you can return the artwork within 14 days after purchase, provided that the product is in original condition without damage. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account minus any damage and transport costs.
The return policy does not apply to custom-made orders.

How long does it take until my order is delivered?
Delivery takes about 8-14 workdays. Shipping time can vary depending on the size, weight, and shipping company.
What shipping/delivery options can I choose from?
Our standard is to always ship your order safely in specialty packaging, delivered to the address of your choice.
What shipping partners does LORLEON work with?
We work exclusively with certified shipping partners. These vary depending on the size of the order and the country it is being delivered to. DHL, UPS, DPD, and FedEx are among the companies we trust.
To which countries can I have my piece delivered?
When you order on lorleon.com, we can deliver your order Worldwide.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, depending on the country it’s shipping to. We send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number that allows you to follow your order’s status all the way to your door.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If the order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of signing the receipt at info@lorleon.
Make sure to report the damage to the courier at delivery and send us the photographs and film of the damage and including your order details. For more information see our Terms & Conditions article 17.
