ORDERING

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

 

No. You can place your order as a guest. While placing an order, you can proceed as a guest by filling out your address. We will use this as your billing and delivery address – if you want to use a different delivery address, you will have the opportunity to do so in checkout process.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation?

 

Yes. Where applicable, LORLEON will provide the agreed products with a track and trace number and you will receive the track and trace number from LORLEON or from our partners at the e-mail address provided by you.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

 

Yes. You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours after it has been placed. To do so or for more information, please contact us through our email info@lorleon.com .

 

RETURNS

 

Can I return an artwork?

 

By purchasing our art you support us with our fine art photography.
This artwork is specially produced on request.

 

If you are not satisfied with the artwork you can return the artwork within 14 days after purchase, provided that the product is in original condition without damage. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account minus any damage and transport costs. 

 

The return policy does not apply to custom-made orders.

PAYMENT

 

What methods of payment are accepted?

 

On lorleon.com, you can pay by credit card or PayPal. To pay with PayPal, simply log in to your PayPal account when prompted to do so, review your order, and approve the payment.
Credit card payment is possible with MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We use the payment service provider Stripe for credit card payments.

 

How secure is my online payment?

 

Your online order is secured using modern SSL encryption. This way, we meet the standards for modern online purchases and always guarantee you the securest of transactions.

LORLEON applies the following shipping rates, which include our secure specialty packaging and shipping insurance:

When placing your order online, please select the destination country and the adjusted shipping costs will then be shown.

 

How long does it take until my order is delivered?

 

Delivery takes about 8-14 workdays. Shipping time can vary depending on the size, weight, and shipping company.

 

What shipping/delivery options can I choose from?

 

Our standard is to always ship your order safely in specialty packaging, delivered to the address of your choice.

 

What shipping partners does LORLEON work with?

 

We work exclusively with certified shipping partners. These vary depending on the size of the order and the country it is being delivered to. DHL, UPS, DPD, and FedEx are among the companies we trust.

 

To which countries can I have my piece delivered?

 

When you order on lorleon.com, we can deliver your order Worldwide.

 

Can I track my shipment?

 

Yes, depending on the country it’s shipping to. We send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number that allows you to follow your order’s status all the way to your door.

 

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

 

If the order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of signing the receipt at info@lorleon.com. 

 

Make sure to report the damage to the courier at delivery and send us the photographs and film of the damage and including your order details. For more information see our Terms & Conditions article 17.
